My artwork may not be used for AI generation or NFTs, and commissions for these purposes will be declined.

You may use the artwork as your profile picture, post it on social media or character profiles with proper credit, use it for roleplay (RP) purposes, and print one copy for personal use only.

Commercial use, depending on the selected option, may include use in streams or online content, printing and redistributing on merchandise, or using the artwork in or as promotion for commercial projects.

You may not repost the artwork without credit, claim it as your own, or use it for AI generation or NFTs.

If you wish to commission artwork for merchandise, commercial projects, or other commercial purposes, a commercial use fee will apply, and the fee will depend on the scale and intended use.

Up to three revisions are included per commission, with an added fee for any additional revisions.

Clients with deadlines will be prioritized, and rush fees will depend on how soon the commission is needed.

I retain full intellectual property rights to the artwork as the artist.

You are allowed to use the artwork according to our agreement, whether for personal use or commercial use if discussed beforehand.

When sharing the commissioned artwork publicly, you must credit me as the artist.

I may share the finished artwork in my portfolio or on social media unless you request for it to remain private before the commission begins.

Refunds are not available once I have started working on the commission.

If I need to cancel the commission, you will receive a full or partial refund depending on how much work has been completed.

Completed commissions are not eligible for refunds.

Clear and friendly communication is expected throughout the process.

You must provide clear references and instructions before I begin working.

Long periods without response may result in delays or cancellation of the commission without a refund.
